Welcome to ‘Red Conrad’s Wellness Alternatives’. I’m a health enthusiast and have been striving to lead a healthier and more beneficial life for years. Through my wanting to be healthier, I’ve began research that continues to this day into all things health.

I research foods, beverages, water, and supplements. Much of my research has been focused on ailments I suffer from so that I may understand them better and get relief through natural means. This is why I’m starting this blog.

I’d like to share with you my research and what’s working for me, in the hopes I may be able to help you become healthier and find relief as well. As of this writing, I’m not yet a certified coach or licensed nutritionist; though I will be at a later time (when I’m certified or licensed, I update this post). I’m just an average person such as yourself that is trying to lead a healthier and happier life and help others do the same. I am in no way attempting to diagnose, treat, or cure any ailments; neither are my products intended to do so. I am simply offering hope and relief. When it comes to diagnoses, treatments, or cures you should always consult your doctor.

As part of my research, I have also personally tested just about every supplement and health product on the market; all of which that are sold in supermarkets and some you won’t find in supermarkets. Through this website I’m offering you only those products which I feel work the best for me and feel they will work for you as well. On the main part of the website you will find general information about each as well as links to the websites. Through this blog, you will find detailed information about each product.

Aside from the products, I will also be sharing tips, recipes, and other info as well. Through this blog, you will learn just how important proper nutrition is to your overall health, why buying non-GMO and organic is far healthier than the alternatives, and how these simple changes can benefit you in major ways.

Because of my ailments, I struggled most of my life. Most people probably couldn’t see it, or possibly still don’t. I went to school, I went to work, today I run a business and ministry. So I probably appear just like an average person. But what most people don’t see is the struggle I go through everyday. The pain and suffering I deal with everyday.

Since I was a kid I knew I was different. And studied a little in psychology trying to understand what was different about me. I also noticed first how my fingers weren’t exactly straight like most other people. I later found out I have Rhuematoid Arthritis. Though the pain didn’t start until my late teens / early twenties, and progressively got worse since. Also in my early twenties, due to a bad decision at work, I gave myself a back injury known as Sciatica. A few years later I finally went to talk to a psychologist where I was told I suffer from several disorders, including BiPolar, OCD, PTSD, GAD, BPD, and Dysthymia. This basically boils down to the fact I’m severely depressed and anxious with the need of perfection. A few others I’ve been researching due to family genetics are Diabetes, Parkinsons, and Hyper-Thyroidism.

This combination of mental and physical issues has made it rather tough for me through out my life. I’m extremely introverted due to the fear of what others may think of me. This always made it hard for me to make friends when I was younger.

Over the years I have developed coping skills. I have also found that many of these problems can be relieved through proper health and nutrition. Through very simple changes to my life and products I use, I am seeing a huge difference.

Through this blog, I hope to show you how you can improve your life just as I’m improving my own. Many people that deal with these issues I have, or any other ailment, feel as if there is no hope for them. This blog will hopefully show that there is hope and is a way to find relief.

Most posts will be by me. However, I do offer my team blogging abilities through this blog. So you may see blog posts by my team as well.

This blog will primarily cover the issues I myself, and that of my team, deal with as a way to show you how you can live healthier and happier lives through these ailments. Other issues will also be researched and covered as well. If you have a specific issue you would like to see covered or question you would like answered, feel free to state such in the comments below and it will be addressed.
