Alcohol & Tobacco Pickup/Delivery Terms
The platform that hosts and powers the Reds Delivery Services app has a list of restricted items that are not allowed to be ran through the payment processor that the platform utilizes. This includes alcohol and tobacco products. To purchase alcohol or tobacco you either need to:
- Pre-order online from the stores website and use the “Delivery Only” option in the Reds Delivery Services app and add details needed to pickup the order (ie: order/confirmation number, name on the order, etc). Or
- Send the funds via one of the following payment apps to cover the purchase. Purchase orders will not be accepted without prepayment of funds. Any overages in amount will be reimbursed after purchase via the same app you sent the funds with.
- Cash App: $RedConrad
- PayPal: PayPal.me/RedConrad
- Venmo: send payment to usernane @RedConrad or email Red@RedConrad.com
- Zelle: send payment to Phone 386-983-6415 or email Red@RedConrad.com
- Chime, Varo: You can now pay using your Chime or Varo accounts! In your Chime app go to “Pay Friends” or Varo app go to “Varo to Varo Transfer” and send payment to Red@RedConrad.com Or
- Submit the funds using this link or below button. Any overages in amount will be reimbursed after purchase. (There is an option for one-time payment or weekly. Unless you’d like to pay weekly to cover any alcohol/tobacco purchases each week, be sure one-time payment is selected)
If your alcohol/tobacco order is done through the “Delivery Only” option above, and you also have a grocery order through our app, the delivery fee on the “Delivery Only” order will be adjusted so you only pay one delivery fee for the entire order. Fee adjustment will appear on the final receipt.
If you’re only ordering Alcohol/Tobacco, and you use the option of the payment app, delivery fee will be added to the total. Please send enough through the payment app to cover the purchase plus a $15 delivery fee for all orders of alcohol/tobacco totaling under $100. Any amount above the delivery fee and order total will be reimbursed unless you specify it’s a tip.
If funds available doesn’t cover entire order plus delivery fee, order will be downsized to cover delivery fee or declined. Before downsizing or declining your order, we may or may not contact you for additional funds to cover entire order plus delivery fee. Should the order be declined, your funds minus delivery fee will be refunded. Delivery fee is non-refundable; please be sure to send enough funds to cover entire order plus delivery.
Upon first delivery order, we also need a selfie (face picture) with no mask or hat on and a picture of your photo ID taken in well lit area with flash off. This is to verify you are 21yrs or older. This pictures must arrive through the Reds Delivery App or text to 386-983-6415 BEFORE pickup/delivery of any alcohol/tobacco products. Alcohol/tobacco products will not be picked up and delivered without age verification. If you are under 21yrs of age, your order for any alcohol/tobacco will be denied.
We apologize for any inconveniences the extra step may cause to get your alcohol/tobacco products. But we must abide by the terms of the payment processor of the platform, and the platform terms, if we wish to use their platform to host our app. Any attempts to purchase alcohol or tobacco directly through the platform, you will be notified once of these terms and how to order your items; second attempt your orders will be denied. Please use one of the above methods if you wish to use Reds Delivery Services for alcohol and tobacco products.
To use Zelle option: Most bank apps and websites offer Zelle. If your bank doesn’t include it in the bank app or website, you can download ZellePay in the app store.
