These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Red Conrad’s Wellness Alternatives‘s Website, Social Media, etc. Including all groups, services, newsletters, etc hosted by or through this website.
By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use Red Conrad’s Wellness Alternatives‘s website if you do not agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

Red Conrad’s Wellness Alternatives offered brands
On this website my team and I offer certain products we use and trust for the purchase by you from myself and my team. However, due to the nature of my business and that of the companies who own, produce, or otherwise manufacture said products, most purchases will be done through my third-party storefronts, also referred to as third-party or corporate sites, corresponding to the product you would like to purchase via assigned third-party links that will take you to our corporate sites for ordering.
The links provided will take you to the replicated website of my team or myself, assigned us, and hosted by, the respective brands company. Depending on the company, you will have to create a customer account in order to purchase product on our hosted sites. Most companies we work with, these customer accounts are free to setup. However, you may be charged a membership fee for some companies. I am not in control of any such membership fees, nor is my team.
At times, my team or I may have some or all products offered on this website in our personal stock. On such occasions, you may be able to order directly from myself or my team by filling out the corresponding order form(s). Any and all product(s) available directly through this site, without needing to go to our third-party storefront(s), will appear in the order form(s) selection. In some cases, shipping will be included in the price shown for product offered directly through this site; most products will add shipping at checkout. In the event we are sold out, and therefore must put the order directly through the company, you must grant myself or my team permission to create a free account for you.
All purchases made directly through this site from our personal stock are final. There are NO REFUNDS. Individually wrapped products, and unopened products, I will buy back if you decide you don’t like it. You are responsible for all shipping costs on buy backs. Buy backs will be paid once I recieve the product back in my possession. The price paid for buy backs will be determined by how much unopened, individually wrapped, product you have left. For example, a package of Month-supply coffee contains individually wrapped servings. You use two servings. I will pay you for the package minus the two servings you used.
To order directly through this site, you must fill out and submit an order form. After submitting the order form, you may either pay by clicking the corresponding payment button(s) or paying the invoice you will recieve via email. Orders will not be processed until payment is recieved.
- Ordering direct through this site (order page): You will see ‘PayPal*RevDrRed’ on your Credit/Debit statement if you pay with Credit/Debit or PayPal. Do NOT cancel payment or do a chargeback. All chargebacks and cancelled payments will result in a forfeited order. On your statement, ‘PayPal*RevDrRed’ is your payment to Red Conrad’s Wellness Alternatives. Orders direct through this site ship from us.
- Using a payment button to order, you will see a page that says “Rev. Dr. Red Conrad”, the product of the button you clicked, and the price. This is due to all payments being processed through PayPal. You could use your PayPal account or Credit/Debit to make payment.
- Invoices may say “Red Conrad’s Wellness Alternatives” or “Rev. Dr. Red Conrad”. Either name is to us, and the invoice will display your ordered product(s), shipping, and total amount due. Invoices may be paid via Credit/Debit or PayPal.
- Ordering through our third-party hosted storefronts: You will see the company name of the company who manufactures the brand/product you purchased. Do NOT cancel payment or do a chargeback. You will be forfeiting your order. Orders through our hosted storefronts ship directly out of the brands warehouses.
- Ordering through our TopShop (TopShop.RedConrad.com): Ordering may only be available to U.S. residents. eGift cards are only available to be used in the TopShop. You must allow two weeks for processing.
Orders through the TopShop may only be available to United States. Orders direct through this site via our order page only ship within the United States and Canada. All international orders outside USA and Canada must be purchased through our linked third-party hosted storefronts.
On occasion, either myself or team personally or the company may offer sales on select products. These sales will be available to you through this website. However, only company sales will be honored by the respective company when ordering through our third-party hosted sites. To receive sale pricing offered by me personally, you must order through the order form on this website or our TopShop.
All promotions are subject to any terms stated on the promotion. If a promotion states an end date, the promotion ends at Midnight EST on that date. Products or packages in a promotion that also happens to be on sale, the promotion and sale price can only be combined when ordering directly through this site on our order page.
Unless otherwise stated, all promotions are offered exclusively through Red Conrad’s Wellness Alternatives and may not be honored when purchasing through a third-party hosted storefront.
Any and all “Buy X Get Y% Off” promotions will not be honored via our third-party hosted storefronts. All such promotions must be purchased directly through this site via our order page. In the event you make a promotion qualifying purchase through our third-party hosted storefronts, at our sole discretion, we may honor the Y% Off in the form of cash back or credit towards your next order made directly through this site.
Promotions honored through this site and our third-party hosted storefronts will be in the following formats:

- Refer X Customers Get Y Free
Such promotions will be honored by Red Conrad’s Wellness Alternatives, not the individual brands. Free product or cash back will be rewarded by Red Conrad’s Wellness Alternatives, not the brands we offer; regardless which site you use to place your order. Do not contact the brands; they have no part in our promotions.
Any and all promotions offering $Y Off or Y% Off are exclusive to purchases made directly through this site through our order page.
Unless otherwise stated, promotions are limited one per household. Ongoing promotions are limited one per month per household up to the expiration of the promotion. To receive the reward of an ongoing promotion each month, the terms of the promotion must be met each month.
Customer Referral promotions will be shipped the month following the qualifying month. Referral promotions go from the first of the month to Midnight EST of the last day of the month. For example: You meet the required amount of referrals for the promotion in March, your reward will be shipped / sent in April.
Customer Referral promotions may expire at any time at our sole discretion, unless the promotion has a set expiry date. Limited Time offers may expire within 30 days of launch, when supplies run out, or any time for any reason at our sole discretion.
Referral Promotions offering free product: The free product you choose (if/when promotion allows) cannot exceed the value of the qualifying product purchases made by you and your referrals.
- Example: You and your referrals average $30 in spending on your orders. You may choose a free product of a $30 value or lesser value.
To qualify for the reward, you must be an active customer and referrals must place a successful order. Referrals by non-customers or inactive customers do not qualify towards the promotional reward.
- An active customer is a customer who purchased an order within the last 30 days. (At least one order is placed every 30 days)
- An inactive customer is a customer who has not placed an order in more than 60 days.
- A non-customer is an individual who has not yet placed an order with us.
- A successful order is an order that has been purchased, paid for, and received without returning or attempting a charge back.
All promotions offering $Y Cashback on qualifying purchases or referrals, the cash back reward will be sent via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account, the cash back will in the form of credit towards your next order purchased directly through this site; credit is non-redeemable via our third-party hosted storefronts.
Promotion terms being met does not necessarily mean you will get the reward. Most promotions will have stated expiry date. Other promotions are on a “first come, first served” basis. If you take part in a promotion, you understand and agree that you may not qualify for the reward within the promotion timeframe and/or while supplies last; and will not hold us responsible for lack of reward. We reserve the right to end a promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever and to disqualify any participant for any reason whatsoever.
All giveaways are subject to the terms stated in “Promotions” referring to receiving free product. In addition to above terms:
Unless otherwise stated in the giveaway, all orders made directly through this site, including purchases made through one or more of the third-party hosted storefronts, count as an entry into the giveaway; provided the minimum order amount is met. Orders placed below the minimum order amount on multiple third-party hosted storefronts may be combined to equal one entry if all orders were placed in the same day.
Unless otherwise stated in the giveaway, multiple entries are permitted. You will receive email confirmation for each giveaway entry. The email will state your entry, the qualifying order(s), and your total number of entries.
At the end of each giveaway, a winner will be randomly selected. The winner will be announced via our Twitter, Facebook, and newsletter. The winners product will be shipped within 1-3 days of the end of the giveaway.
Product giveaways ran exclusively through Red Conrad’s Wellness Alternatives are only available to U.S. and Canada residents. If you are unsure if an active giveaway is exclusively ran by us or is being offered by a brand we carry, email Red@RedConrad.com Most brand sponsored giveaways will state such in the giveaway. Brand sponsored giveaways are available in all countries the brand has a presence.
In order to qualify for a giveaway, all terms must be met. Returned orders, chargebacks, or otherwise cancelled or forfeited orders disqualify the corresponding entry and may disqualify you permanently from giveaways.
If you are selected as a winner of a giveaway, please allow up to 14 days for product arrival once you receive announcement of your winning. Any shipping delays on our end, we will inform you about. You will not hold us responsible for any delays or damage of the product once it’s in the hands of the shipping company.
We may offer product packages that contain products from multiple brands we carry. These packages are only available directly through this site, and may be purchased on the order page. These packages are not available on our third-party hosted storefronts, by the brands, or otherwise connected to the brands. These package deals are exclusive packages put together by Red Conrad’s Wellness Alternatives.
You may opt to purchase the products in a package separately, from each brand, on our brand specific hosted storefronts. To maximize savings, you would want to create a customer account and order with the auto-ship option to get discounted pricing.
All eGift Cards are only available through our TopShop and are only redeemable through our TopShop. The eGift Cards will not work on any third-party hosted storefront or the order form on this site. If you received an eGift Card for us, you must visit the TopShop to use it.
For returns of product purchased directly from the company through replicated corporate websites/links, please see the Return Policy of the respective company. For purchases made directly through this website, purchased directly from stock my team or I personally hold, there is absolutely NO refunds. All purchases from my personal stock, and that of my teams personal stock, are final.
Individually wrapped products, and unopened products, I will buy back if you decide you don’t like it. You are responsible for all shipping costs on buy backs. Buy-backs may be permitted whether purchased directly through this site or through our linked third-party hosted sites, from any country that we or the brand warehouse ships to. All BuyBacks will be paid via PayPal. You MUST have a PayPal account to recieve BuyBack payments. All BuyBacks must be emailed to me at Red@RedConrad.com stating what product you’re sending back, how much you’re sending back, and you must provide your name and PayPal email address. Your email should be in the following format:
- Subject: BuyBack Program
- Your Full Name
- PayPal Email Address
- Name of Product(s) You’re Sending Back
- How Much of the Product(s) You’re Sending Back

If I recieve any product back that does not meet these terms, and/or I do not recieve an email from you, the Buy Back will be automatically denied and you will not be paid. Any returned product will either be used by me or discarded based on inspection of the product, it will not be sent back to you. It will be deemed a non-refundable return.
Sending an email and product does not guarantee a buyback. All returned products are determined a buyback or non-refundable return at my discretion. I reserve the right to deny any buyback for any reason whatsoever. Denied buybacks will not be sent back to you. All product sent back to me remains in my possession or disposed of, determined by inspection.
Individually wrapped products would be all products that are packaged in single-servings within the larger package. The larger package may be returned opened with remaining unopened single-serving packages inside.
Unopened packages would be all products that are not individually wrapped/packaged in single-servings. All products that do not consist of single-servings within a larger package will not be bought back if the package is opened.
As an independent representative / distributor for brands offered through this site, we are able to offer you wholesale pricing and setup wholesale accounts for you with our brands. Minimum order amounts may be required depending on the brand.
Products offered through this site, and linked third-party hosted storefronts for said products, are offered at wholesale pricing for purposes of resale through businesses. Businesses include retail, gyms, health coaches, nutritionists, doctors offices, and other such health and wellness related businesses. However, to keep in line with policies of the suppliers/manufacturers of most offered products and brands, wholesale purchases for purposes of resale through business entities are only permitted to non-chain (5 or less locations) businesses. Wholesale purchases for resale is not permitted, and will be denied, to chain locations. The only brand and products available for wholesale to chain locations (5+ locations) is our teas, tea accessories, and tea infused products.
This policy applies to franchises, single location or otherwise, as to not cause brand confusion with your franchise brand or the brands offered here; as well as to ensure individual brand policies aren’t broken or breached, accidentally or otherwise.
All wholesale purchases of product ordered directly through this site are final, non-refundable, and are not eligible for buyback. Purchases made indirectly through this site, via use of third-party storefront links to purchase product would fall under the respective suppliers refund policy and other related policies.
All wholesale purchases made online MUST go through third-party hosted linked storefronts and create a membership account as an IBO in order to get wholesale pricing offered through this site and/or seen on third-party linked supplier sites. Some brands offered we can setup for you via an order form. If you’d like to place an order and have us setup your account, fill out the available wholesale order form or email Red@RedConrad.com It is wrong, unethical, and immoral to go around us to get said memberships; and wholesale pricing as stated and/or seen cannot be guaranteed if you don’t order through us. In some cases we are able to negotiate lower pricing than you would be able to obtain by going around us.
We also offer private-labeling on our teas. There are order requirements for private-labeling. Contact us for details.
Any and all Red Conrad’s Wellness branded products, when available, are available for wholesale purchase to non-chain and chain businesses. When our branded products are available, email Red@RedConrad.com to order for your business.

Red’s Delivery Services
NOTE: Terms on this site will be updated as possible. To be sure you are reading the most updated terms, visit the terms page on our new site at RedsDeliveryServices.com. Should there be a difference between the two sites, the terms at RedsDeliveryServices.com/Terms will supersede and take precedence over terms stated here.
There are NO refunds through Reds Delivery Services. Before a shop, up to 2hrs before delivery time, you can cancel or reschedule. After a shop, you are responsible for returning any unwanted products to the store they were purchased from. After each shop, you receive all receipts. During a shop, you are to inform your shopper of any needed changes to the order.
Stores don’t always have complete stock of every item. In the event an item you want is out of stock, your Shopper will attempt to make contact with you about replacements. If you fail to respond by time the order is completely shopped, there will be no replacements for missing items.
Once a Shopper has shopped for you ten (10) or more times, it will be the Shoppers discretion to make a replacement or not when you fail to respond. This limit is to allow time for the Shopper to get to know your preferences on different items to best choose a replacement in a situation where you fail to respond.
Orders placed through our app are processed through our host (dumpling). Your credit card/bank statement will show a charge from dumpling. This is us; do NOT cancel, chargeback, or otherwise remove payment. Any payment reversals will result in your removal from our services.
Currently you, the client, only pay delivery fee plus platform fee on “delivery only” orders. All other orders we cover all platform fees, you only pay our delivery fee. It is at our sole discretion to change this at any time, with or without notice, to charge platform fees on all orders or to cover (pay) all platform fees on all order types; therefore potentially raising or lowering delivery fees accordingly. The platform fees do not go to us. The platform fees are paid to dumpling (our host) for our (Reds Delivery Services) and your (our clients) use of the platform. The only fee that comes to us (Reds Deliver Services) is the delivery fee and amount of gratuity (tip) you decide to pay your shopper/driver.
- Certain stores may have a higher delivery fee than others. Should you attempt to do “Pick A Store” option to get a lower fee, the fee will be adjusted to correct fee for that store. Multiple attempts of this, and you will be removed from our platform.
- OOC (Out Of County) stores have a higher shopping/delivery fee due to extra travel distance and time required for the shop.
- The complete amount (100%) of gratuity/tip goes to the shopper/driver that shopped/picked up your order and delivered your order.
Your payment information is secured through the dumpling platform payment processor. Individual shoppers/drivers do NOT have access to this information. Please do NOT harass your shopper/delivery driver. If you feel you were wrongly charged for any item(s), send an email Red@RedConrad.com or message Red directly in the app.
To order pickup/delivery from a local restaurant, the restaurant must have pickup/takeout service. If the restaurant is “dine-in only” we won’t be able to pickup the order as the restaurant most likely isn’t equipped for such.
Individual-to-individual/”Swip Swap” Deliveries:
It is up to you and the other person to decide who is going to order the pickup/delivery of any items that need delivered. In the event of a buy/sell transaction, it may be best for the seller to add on my delivery fee to the item cost and order delivery. If you are a seller, email Red@RedConrad.com to setup/arrange designated deliveries for your sales. Whichever person is ordering the delivery, must do so through the Reds Delivery Services app and cover the fee. Purchase of any items should be finalized before ordering delivery; there are NO REFUNDS regardless whether or not the purchase fails.
The following items are restricted through the platform/app, and must be shopped out-of-app or off-platform. Eligible out-of-app/off-platform items must abide by the terms for the category to be purchased and delivered.
- Gift cards, gift certificates, prepaid cards, prepaid phone cards, and related items
- Counterfeit goods; illegally imported or exported goods;
- Cannabis and related goods;
- Tobacco, e-cigarettes, and e-liquid;
- Prescription-only products;
- Weapons and munitions; gunpowder and other explosives; fireworks and related goods
- Toxic, flammable, and radioactive materials;
- Pornography and other obscene materials (including literature, imagery and other media) depicting nudity or explicitly sexual acts;
- Sexually oriented items (e.g., adult toys); and
- Drug paraphernalia or any equipment designed for making or using drugs, including but not limited to bongs, vaporizers, and hookahs.
All alcohol and tobacco product purchases must be done as stated on the Alcohol/Tobacco Deliveries page. Any attempt to order through the dumpling platform will not be accepted, as the platform payment processor currently does not allow alcohol or tobacco products. Likewise, all orders for prescription purchase or pickup must follow Prescription Delivery terms.
Any other items that become available for off-platform purchase and delivery will have a separate terms page linked above.
To shop an entire grocery order off-app, you must email Red@RedConrad.com. Entire estimated cost of shopping plus delivery fee must be submitted through one of the ways we accept payment before shopping. Off-platform orders will not be accepted without pre-payment. After delivery is complete, grocery total plus fee will be deducted from funds received, at which point any change will be reimbursed. Email must include:
- Name and Address
- Grocery list and store(s) and estimated (your best guess) total of the groceries
- How you would like to pay
Upon receiving your email, you will be sent a response of either accepting or declining the order. If we accept the order, you must send payment immediately. All payment is to be made to business accounts linked throughout this site and supplied in email, not your preferred Shoppers personal accounts. We will not shop without first receiving the funds.
- If funds made available do not cover entire order, Shopper will contact you about extra funds needed. If extra funds are not submitted within five (5) minutes of contact, Shopper has the right, in Shoppers sole discretion, to return any items needed to lower grocery total to amount submitted. If Shopper covers all items, it is your responsibility to submit payment of remaining balance; if balance isn’t paid, no additional shops will be accepted.
After ten (10) shops successfully completed, you will have the option to request invoicing in place of prepayment. If you are approved for invoicing, all invoices must be paid in full no later than seven (7) days from completion of shop and delivery or before your next order, whichever comes first.
All grocery orders that you feel grocery total (not including delivery fee) will be over $200 must be ordered for delivery prior to 8pm for same day delivery. Any $200+ grocery orders placed near or after 8pm may be delayed until the next day. If your grocery order is delayed, you will be contacted about the delay.
Multi-store shops will only be charged one delivery fee. The one delivery fee multi-store shop applies to multiple stores in the same town only. Stores in nearby towns will be charged a 50% discounted fee on additional stores on the shop, additional stores in a different area will be charged full fees for each area.
Promotions and Referral rewards may change, with or without notice to you. It is at our sole discretion to issue promotional offer or reward if you don’t meet requirements until after it is ended/expired, or otherwise removed or altered.
Any discounts will be applied on finalized receipt. Initial order will show full fees price, you will not pay the full price if a discount applies. All discounts are applied as order is fulfilled and delivery fee adjusted for the discount. Your finalized receipt will show the discount and accurate total you pay. All payment is completed at the end of the order, after adjustments are made.
Any codes issued for an offer or promotion must be entered into the note section of your order. The “coupon” box on the app does not work for this. The host platform is aware of this glitch. Any orders you would like an offer or promotional discount on, if a code was issued, the code must be typed into the note section on your order.
By utilizing our services, you accept and agree to all terms stated, as well as any future updates. It is your responsibility to check on occasion for any updates to terms of services.
This service is considered a “luxury” service being provided. We do not work for, or through, any business. We operate independently of other businesses we shop and deliver through. Any attempt to avoid paying fees, getting our staff or business as a whole in trouble with any business we shop/deliver from, harassment of any of our staff, or any other ill attempt towards our staff or business as a whole will result in your client profile being terminated and you will no longer be eligible to receive services through us.
We maintain the right, at our sole discretion, to accept or deny any order for any reason whatsoever.
OOC (“Out Of County”) Stores:
For OOC (Out Of County) stores, it’s best to buy bulk (bi-weekly or monthly supply) at once; or if you have a friend or family member that also needs things from the OOC store, combine your lists into one order and have them pay you their part of the order. Consider combining orders from multiple OOC stores in the same area on to the same shop; by combining all area OOC stores you want shopped onto one order, you only pay the one delivery fee.
To combine multiple stores into one shop, you can either
- specify the store near each item, OR
- create a separate list for each store but schedule them on the same day and time
All stores in an area, scheduled on the same day, will be included in one shop and be charged one delivery fee. All eligible OOC stores, and their area and day, are listed on the Reds Delivery Services main page under ‘Fees’.
Any store located in an OOC area but has a location in Putnam County, will not count towards the “one delivery fee for a multi-store shop”. Stores located in multiple areas will each be charged its own fee.
If you reside in an OOC area, regardless if you order from an eligible OOC store on the day your area is shopped, it is in our sole discretion to accept or deny the order.
When you contact us via email or the contact form, you may be added to our newsletter. Likewise, when ordering from us, you may be added to our newsletter. The purpose of the newsletter is to keep you informed and provide customer support. You may unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking the unsubscribe link or button at the bottom of any email.
Unless otherwise stated, Red Conrad’s Wellness Alternatives and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Red Conrad’s Wellness Alternatives website and social media. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from https://RedConradsWellnessAlternatives.com and http://RedConrad.com for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
You must not:

Parts of this website offer an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the website. Red Conrad’s Wellness Alternatives does not filter, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their presence on the website. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of Red Conrad’s Wellness Alternatives, its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who post their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws Red Conrad’s Wellness Alternatives shall not be liable for the Comments or for any liability, damages or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on this website.

Rideshare Red Terms
In addition to the terms on the service page, you agree:
- You will NOT disrespect my vehicle(s). If damage to vehicle is caused by you, you WILL be charged a fee to repair, replace, or clean whatever was damaged and cover any potential lost income while vehicle is being serviced; potential lost income is calculated using number of business hours vehicle will be down getting serviced. If fee isn’t paid, legal action may be sought and/or you will be denied any future service. Depending on damage/mess, the fee will range from $50-5,000. By using our services, you authorize us to charge the fee to any payment option we have on file for you, with or without prior notification. We may utilize this pre-authorization or, at our sole discretion, invoice you for the damages. If invoiced, you will not have access to services until invoice is paid in full. Damage includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Carving or slicing into the vehicle (interior or exterior)
- Breaking any part of the vehicle
- Puke or other bodily secretions in or on the vehicles interior and/or exterior
- Creating a distraction that causes an accident
- You will NOT disrespect me or my drivers
- You understand I put safety first. If I, or my driver’s, drive too many hours, we will not be available; I will not risk your nor our safety if we’re too tired to drive. Drivers are part-time and not always available.
- I do not answer calls or messages on a ride. I will respond to any when ride is complete.
- Service is clearly stated and mapped. You are responsible for any and all additional fees for pickups outside service area
- You must provide addresses for pickup and drop off to get an accurate price quote.
- All rides must be paid in full no later than 20 minutes prior to pickup, minus wait time for round-trip rides, for ride to be considered confirmed. If ride is requested for a ride less than 20 minutes, payment must be made in full upon accepting fare quote.
- Cash Payment Policy:
• Cash is currently NOT accepted for fares; fares must be paid in advance. Cash is only accepted as payment for wait time portion of round-trip rides.
• Cash payment for total fare is only acceptable when Red is your driver, at Red’s sole discretion. Rideshare Red reserves the right, whether or not Red is your driver, to refuse cash payment and request payment in full.
• If a different driver is dispatched, the ride MUST be paid via credit/debit or to payment app (Cash App, PayPal, Venmo) business account linked on the service page, in full, in advance. Only after payment is received, will a driver be dispatched. If a trip is a round-trip, the round-trip fare minus wait time must be paid in full; cash may be used to pay wait time, handed to driver during trip back.
• Any and all ride requests may be requested for payment in full, via credit/debit or payment app, to confirm ride so ride will be available whether or not Red is the driver.
- There are absolutely NO REFUNDS for cancelled rides, whether the ride was cancelled by you or by us.
- You will NOT hold us liable or responsible for loss of funds on canceled rides or lost or forgotten property in our vehicle(s). It is your responsibility to be sure you have all your property upon exiting the vehicle.
- Any attempts of a chargeback, or otherwise reversal of payment, and you will lose future access to our services. Any breach of these terms you will lose access to our services.
